Who we are
Kathy Moran
Kathy is from Kildare town and has worked consistently in property since 1997 following, gaining her degree from LIT in 1996. She is a chartered surveyor and full member of both the SCSI and RICS (UK). She started her career locally with Bryan O’Doherty in Athy but went on to work for Lisney in Dublin in 1999. Joined Manning Stainton UK in 2003 to manage their flagship office, returning to Lisney becoming a divisional director for the firm in 2005. Her skills have been honed by working in differing markets and handling sales for a large variety of people, private, property developers and local authorities. She is a residential / new homes specialist and is delighted to open her office locally and to bring her property knowledge & expertise to her home.
Edel Fitzsimons
Edel Fitzsimons joined AMOVE in 2022 to meet the demands of the sales team. With over 25 years’ experience in residential sales in the County Kildare area Edel has represented vendors, developers, investors, and financial institutions.
A valued member of AMOVE, Edel is a seasoned, fully licenced PSRA agent and a current member of IPAV. Known for her friendly sales approach, personalised service, professionalism, and attention to detail throughout the process. Clients praise Edel’s proactive and effective strategies that have led to successful and timely closings of hundreds of sales.
Niamh Costigan
Niamh began her property career in 2021 in Waterford City. Her primary area of work is second hand residential sales and New Homes. She takes great pride is matching buyers with the perfect property and working with vendors to get the best price for their property.
After graduating from MTU with a Bachelor of Business, she began the Auctioneering and Property Services Apprenticeship which she graduated from in 2023. Now a fully PSRA licensed agent, Niamh has recently moved to Kildare Town where she is working in residential sales and lettings at AMOVE Estates.
She is currently undertaking a part time Property Economics Degree in TUD where she hopes to further her property knowledge and branch into specialist valuations.
