Who we are

Kathy Moran B.Sc. MSCSI, MRICS

Kathy is from Kildare town and has worked consistently in property since 1997 following, gaining her degree from LIT in 1996. She is a chartered surveyor and full member of both the SCSI and RICS (UK).  She started her career locally with Bryan O’Doherty in Athy but went on to work for Lisney in Dublin in 1999.  Joined Manning Stainton UK in 2003 to manage their flagship office, returning to Lisney becoming a divisional director for the firm in 2005. Her skills have been honed by working in differing markets and handling sales for a large variety of people, private, property developers and local authorities.   She is a residential / new homes specialist and is delighted to open her office locally and to bring her property knowledge & expertise to her home.

After all, home is where the heart is and home is what we know.

Tanya Finn FACCA

Tanya is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and has been working in the accountancy business since 1998. Tanya is from Doneany, Kildare went to school locally and to her Kildare is home.  Having worked in finance and hospitality for 20 years she wants to bring her experience home.  Now a Director of AMOVE having previously worked with Pernod Ricard Irish Distillers and AES C/O Bord na Mona. Tanya having returned to work in her town is now putting her vast finance and customer facing experience and expertise into her own practice offering a fresh financial & management edge to all your property needs.
